Fred R. Chesley began his law career by attending Western State University, 

College of Law, with his sixty-two year old father and older brother.   They graduated together, in a moment of of pride and accomplishment.

Fred's interest in Bankruptcy began when he attended an elective course, taught by the honorable California Central District Bankruptcy Judge, Aaron K. Phelps.

​

After passing the California Bar, Mr. Chesley, Sr. and his son Fred, created a law firm together.  Since that beginning, Fred Chesley has helped several thousand clients with their legal and financial problems. While Mr. Chesley, Sr., is no longer with us, his son continues in the family tradition.

Fred is licensed to practice law in the State of California and has been admitted to practice before the United States Central and Southern District Courts of California.

Fred has advised several thousand clients regarding their legal rights.
